Job description

Responsibilities

  • Support development of campaign plans and execute activation elements for national drive periods
  • Liaise with stakeholders to align on business objectives, revenue goals, and assets
  • Synthesize campaign priorities to produce alignment documents and creative brief recommendations
  • Translate campaign objectives into social media, earned media, and entertainment marketing strategies
  • Work with internal and external creative resources on storytelling content and advertising
  • Coordinate with Corporate Alliances on partner deliverables
  • Conduct periodic campaign reviews to assess effectiveness and optimize resources
  • Collect performance data and revenue results for actionable reporting
  • Manage the collection of chapter feedback on campaign resources
  • Support Director with budgeting, billing, RFPs, and vendor management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to execute projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a non-profit setting
  • Experience in partnership marketing
