Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and market research
- Qualify leads by assessing business needs, purchasing potential, and alignment with company offerings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records within CRM systems and sales databases
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely lead follow-up and effective conversion strategies
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead progression
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective wholesale customers and distributors
- Track lead generation activities and performance metrics to provide regular reports to management
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- High-speed internet (15 Mbps primary, 10 Mbps backup) and specific hardware requirements (Intel i5/Ryzen 5 or equivalent, 8GB RAM)
- Ability to work from a quiet, dedicated home office with a noise-canceling headset
