Lead Manager, Project & IT Budget Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenses
• Organize, host, and document project and stakeholder meetings
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports
• Oversee IT departmental budget including forecasting, actuals, accruals, and expense planning
• Analyze actual spend against forecast and budget to identify risks or overages
• Coordinate contract administration and invoice management for IT budget tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Data Analysis, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, support, or budget management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
• Ability to gather and analyze data to develop insights and recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting financial processes like budgeting, forecasting, or contract coordination
• Prior experience working in a non-profit organization
• Background in 6 Sigma or Lean methodologies
