Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical roadmap for the product suite and partner with architects to model complex systems
  • Contribute high-quality code (50% hands-on) to complex SaaS products
  • Drive adoption of modern practices including AI-assisted development, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure as Code
  • Provide deep technical guidance and mentorship to offshore and nearshore teams
  • Lead code reviews and design sessions to ensure architectural integrity
  • Act as a technical bridge between product management, quality engineering, and DevOps
  • Drive long-term corrective actions for performance and reliability issues

Requirements

  • 9+ years of professional experience developing large-scale, high-availability web applications
  • 2+ years in a hands-on technical lead or principal engineering capacity
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
  • Expert experience with AWS, including cloud architecture and serverless programming
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft technology stack (ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript)
  • Proficiency with relational databases (SQL Server preferred) and NoSQL
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and integration strategy
