Lead Network Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration between Network Engineering, Network Reliability, and wider enterprise teams
• Drive planning, detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain NetEng and NRE organizational roadmaps and delivery calendars
• Lead a team of TPMs managing work execution for NetEng and NRE teams
• Ensure adherence to industry standards in network migration and program management
• Provide regular status updates and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Operation Management, or related field
• 10 years of experience in technical program management focusing on hardware/software implementations and network migrations
• 5 years of experience leading a group of technical project managers
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional projects while maintaining high SLAs
• Deep experience in developing and managing complex project plans and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI PMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma certifications
• Expert level knowledge of ISP and/or Telecom networks, systems, tools, and processes
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow
