Lead of Affiliate Marketing

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, negotiate with, and onboard new affiliate partners, advertisers, and networks in the mainstream dating vertical
• Drive growth of the affiliate partnerships direction by launching and scaling successful collaborations
• Manage the full partner lifecycle from negotiation to onboarding and ongoing support
• Analyze market trends, competitor offers, traffic sources, and partner economics to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate tracking setup and analyze performance metrics including CR, LTV, CPA, ROI, and traffic quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development within performance-driven digital industries
• Existing network of relevant affiliate partners, advertisers, or traffic partners
• Strong track record of building and scaling partnership pipelines from scratch
• Deep understanding of performance marketing models such as CPA, CPL, RevShare, and hybrid deals
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and technical affiliate tools including tracking links, pixels, S2S postbacks, and attribution logic
