Lead Producer

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external teams across multiple locations to meet production schedules
• Support the Creative Director in maintaining a coherent creative vision
• Develop product budgets and schedules in collaboration with Producers
• Partner with the VP of Product to ensure consistent development processes
• Mentor producers at all levels to support their career development
• Set and execute coherent goals for the team from milestone to milestone
• Coordinate focus testing, outsourcing, and other external parties

Requirements

• 10+ years in internal game development
• Experience building and leading teams across multiple locations
• Experience building AAA Games
• Ability to lead staff across both production and creative disciplines
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
• Ability to identify and analyze risk while providing mitigation
• Capable of balancing production and creative needs
