Lead Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Spearhead user-centric design strategies for Alt's core platform, focusing on the alternative asset marketplace and trading card market.
• Drive innovation through an AI-first design approach, integrating LLMs and automation to create intuitive and scalable product experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to translate complex user needs and business objectives into high-craft, impactful design solutions.
• Contribute to the growth and evolution of the Alt Design System, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all product touchpoints.
• Act as a key early member of the Design team, influencing product direction, brand identity, and company culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience
• 5+ years in a senior role
• Figma mastery
• UX research expertise
• AI-powered tool design
• Marketplace/fintech experience
