Lead Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Drive user-centric thinking with a high-craft, systems-oriented approach
• Navigate ambiguity and prioritize for impact across cross-functional teams
• Conduct research and translate findings into clear design directions
• Champion AI-first design, including LLMs and automation
• Evolve and maintain the Alt Design System (approx. 20% of time)
• Design core features across the product (approx. 80% of time)

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience
• 5+ years in a senior or higher role
• Deep expertise in UI, interaction, visual design, and content
• Mastery of Figma, animation, and UX research methods
• Experience designing AI-powered tools or agent interfaces
• Background in early-stage, design-centric, or deep-tech startups

Preferred Qualifications

• Marketplace or fintech background
• Personal experience in collecting or investing
