Lead Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Drive the design vision and execute design strategy for major product initiatives
• Elevate product quality and UX flow by resolving complex usability issues
• Partner closely with engineering to define solutions and make technical tradeoffs
• Operate effectively in ambiguity to bring structure to loosely defined problems
• Execute strategic prototyping and user testing to validate concepts
• Own end-to-end feature delivery from concept through final handoff
• Maintain exceptional craft and attention to detail for product consistency

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Product Designer in B2B or enterprise SaaS
• Proven experience leading end-to-end design projects with business impact
• Expert proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
• Experience with user research methodologies
• Ability to work across complex product surfaces balancing scalability and consistency
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and exceptional craft

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with developer tools
• Startup experience
