Lead Product Designer (UI/UX)

Description

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements and business goals
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across projects
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously enhance design processes
• Work closely with developers to implement and refine designs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• 4-5 years of Industry experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
