Lead Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of AI-powered automation tools that streamline creative production for enterprise teams
• Translate customer problems into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with consultants and stakeholders
• Integrate AI models, including LLMs, text-to-image, and text-to-voice, into production-grade creative tools
• Architect and build microservice-based systems that balance speed, scalability, and maintainability
• Prototype rapidly and harden successful proofs-of-concept into reliable production applications
• Partner with designers and product managers to deliver seamless integrations with tools like Figma and Adobe
• Identify repeatable patterns across engagements to help codify them into reusable solutions and platforms

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building enterprise-grade software in fast-paced environments
• 1+ years of experience leading technical teams and influencing senior engineers
• Strong full-stack engineering background with deep expertise in TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, RDS, and Lambda
• Proven experience integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Fal.ai) into production systems
• Ability to move confidently from experimentation to production while managing technical trade-offs
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude or Cursor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React or Python
• Experience integrating with creative tool APIs such as Figma or Adobe Suite
