Lead Product Manager - Brokerage

Responsibilities

• Own brokerage products end-to-end and drive product strategy by analyzing ROI, market competition, and build-vs-buy scenarios
• Write product requirements and collaborate with engineering, analytics, design, and partnerships teams to execute programs
• Improve brokerage operational efficiency by developing solutions and owning key metrics
• Lead customer calls on brokerage processes and product issues to gather insights and translate them into product improvements
• Participate in regulatory discussions to inform product strategy and execution
• Report timely and accurately on product status and results to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, and/or startup founding
• Demonstrated interest in Brokerage and FinTech
• Proficiency analyzing data using SQL and relevant BI tools
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent collaboration skills
• Business acumen to evaluate tradeoffs between stakeholder needs, technology feasibility, time, and budget constraints

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience developing Brokerage products
• Technical background working with APIs
