Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the multi-year vision and roadmap for the Domains and DNS portfolio, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
  • Lead and coach a team of 3–5 Product Managers, managing performance cycles and professional development.
  • Drive commercial growth through strategic pricing, promotions, and expansion into new TLD geographies.
  • Manage registry relationships and ensure strict compliance with ICANN policies and EPP protocol changes.
  • Partner with Engineering to maintain a prioritized backlog and enhance the API/RCP experience for resellers.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in the gTLD/ccTLD ecosystem, including ICANN policies and registry economics.
  • Strong technical knowledge of DNS architecture and the EPP protocol.
  • Proven experience leading and coaching Product Managers within an Agile or EOS environment.
  • High commercial acumen with experience managing pricing levers and margin dynamics.
  • AI-literate mindset, with the ability to embed AI tools into documentation, analysis, and discovery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing complex registry-liaison operations and compliance audits.
  • Background in developing developer-facing products or improving API experiences.
  • Ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable operational roadmaps in a technical environment.
