Lead Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own a specific product area end-to-end, including vision, roadmap, and backlog
• Conduct continuous discovery through customer calls and user research
• Write precise, technical, and unambiguous GitHub issues for engineering teams
• Run refinement sessions with engineering squads to unblock development
• Prioritize and sequence work to protect engineering focus
• Translate high-volume input from leadership and customers into actionable plans

Requirements

• Proven experience writing technical specifications and managing backlogs
• Demonstrated ability to run refinement with engineering teams
• Strong ability to learn complex technical domains quickly
• Fluency with AI tools for drafting specifications and prototyping
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving startup environment
• Strong technical communication skills to work effectively with engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Industrial IoT (IIoT), OT, or industrial protocols
• Experience with MQTT, OPC UA, or S7 protocols
• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment
