Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the efficiency and resilience of money movement rails in the UAE
  • Identify and deliver opportunities to improve money movement, reducing delays and pain points
  • Own KPIs for the send money product in the region, including cross currency and same currency payments
  • Build and lead a roadmap to improve send money speed, reliability, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with banks, regulators, and internal teams for direct integration with payment schemes
  • Take ownership over the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement
  • Work with multiple stakeholders across the business
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership
  • Launch new remittance corridors ensuring fast, reliable delivery
  • Reduce average send money costs across corridors
  • Achieve over 95% transaction success rate
  • Increase customer satisfaction with a frictionless remittance experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of product management experience
  • At least 2 years in fintech, managing complex products
  • Experience in the remittance domain (highly preferred)
  • Regulatory or compliance knowledge
  • Experience with payment infrastructure
  • High-growth/startup environment background
  • Strong analytical skills (data analysis, product optimization)

  • Experience building a Send Money product
