Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-impact problems and guide product strategy
  • Lead development of technical interventions to protect user security and privacy
  • Drive cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science
  • Manage product planning and feature prioritization for user safety and anti-abuse
  • Engage with user communities to gather feedback and maintain candid relationships
  • Shape overall strategic direction for user safety and anti-abuse

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional product development experience
  • Experience with agile development for internet and consumer-facing software
  • Proven success leading product initiatives across multiple functions
  • Proficiency in querying and analyzing data to drive solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage diverse responsibilities in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in online security and privacy
  • Experience working with public online communities
  • Background in software engineering or applied information security
