Lead Product Policy Manager, Spam

Description: Pinterest is seeking a Lead Product Policy Manager for spam to join their Policy team. This role involves drafting policies that define spam on Pinterest, creating detailed policy enforcement guidance, and collaborating with cross-functional partners across the company, including Product and Engineering teams, to tackle spam and abuse at scale. Responsibilities include leading spam policy development, partnering with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to implement and enforce spam policies, and staying abreast of industry trends to help Pinterest stay ahead of bad actors. Requirements: Experience in spam policy development and enforcement on a global scale, experience partnering with cross-functional teams, knowledge of spam fighting tools and methods, excellent judgment and critical thinking skills, strong writing and verbal communication skills, and a supportive teammate and skilled relationship builder. Pinterest's PinFlex work model requires occasional office visits for collaboration.
