Lead Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Set timelines and goals for large scale Autonomous Vehicle development programs
• Manage program timelines and track deliverables from Product Definition through Launch
• Identify dependencies across tasks and program teams to ensure alignment
• Own financial health of assigned platforms including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring expenditures
• Anticipate risks and execute mitigation plans with stakeholders
• Communicate with partners to align program plans and escalate vehicle issues
• Present progress reports, problems, and solutions to stakeholders
• Champion prioritization of safety and quality
• Support Engineering leaders in continuous improvement of development processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Product Development discipline
• 7-10 years of experience in program management with complex products
• Strong organizational skills and passion for process-oriented solutions
• Ability to translate technical ideas to non-technical audiences
• Strong technical aptitude

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• Experience with ADAS or Vehicle Control products
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment
• Experience working with Automotive OEMs or Suppliers
