Lead / Senior Product Manager - Exchange (Institutional)

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, execute, and maintain the Exchange’s Institutional roadmap
• Architect and optimize institutional trading user experience (UX/UI) and workflows
• Build, iterate, and optimize trading interfaces and product workflows for professional traders
• Develop and expand the institutional product suite, including Crypto-As-A-Service, Line of Credit, OTC RFQ & ESP, API trading connectivity/features, and commercial custody
• Define product features, document specifications and requirements
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, QA, and other cross-functional teams
• Own product outcome direction, share guidance for QA, and develop technical solutions
• Manage and prioritize the roadmap backlog to ensure timely delivery
• Conduct user studies and client meetings to capture product feedback
• Iterate and improve based on user and business feedback
• Stay current on market and industry trends in institutional and crypto exchange products
• Represent product domain in cross-functional communications
• Oversee feature management within the institutional product suite

Requirements

• 8+ years product management experience, preferably with institutional trading or exchange/prime brokerage platforms
• Strong data-informed and user-focused mindset
• Proven track record of shipping and iterating software or financial products at scale
• Passion for customer-facing products
• Leadership and initiative with a results-driven approach
• Excellent collaboration with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Humility and collaborative attitude
• Good technical aptitude (preferred)
