Lead / Senior Product Manager - Exchange (Institutional)

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and execute the Exchange Institutional product roadmap for Dubai-based team
• Drive institutional user experience: design, iterate and optimize trading UX/UI and workflows for institutional and professional traders
• Own institutional product suite: Crypto-as-a-Service, Line of Credit, OTC RFQ & ESP, API trading connectivity, Commercial Custody (interim)
• Define features and product outcomes by documenting product specifications and requirements
• Collaborate with engineering leads to design technical solutions and with QA to ensure comprehensive test plans
• Manage roadmap backlog and ship products and features on schedule
• Conduct client meetings, interviews and user studies to gather feedback and iterate on products
• Prioritise initiatives, weigh trade-offs, and stay close to market and industry trends
• Represent the domain in cross-functional communications and manage specific features within the product suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with prime brokerage or institutional custody products
• Prior exposure to OTC, RFQ, API trading and credit products

• Experience shipping financial or trading products at scale
• Comfortable working in hybrid, fast-paced environments and collaborating across functions
