Lead Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical escalation point for premium global publishers, performing advanced troubleshooting of code, network traffic, and ad server configurations.
• Serve as the technical lead for the Brazilian market, conducting implementation calls, troubleshooting sessions, and product walkthroughs in Portuguese.
• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding for high-value accounts to ensure seamless integration of proprietary tools like PubGuru and Advanced Ads.
• Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations to adapt monetization solutions to unique customer setups.
• Partner with Business Development and Account Management teams to recommend configurations that maximize ad revenue.
• Translate complex ad-tech concepts into actionable value propositions for non-technical customers and business owners.
• Act as a bridge between global clients and internal Product/Engineering teams by translating customer feedback into technical requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a highly technical, client-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Manager).
• Native or professional fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) to support the Brazilian market.
• Excellent English communication skills for global internal collaboration.
• Proficiency in front-end web technologies, including JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
• Strong experience using Chrome DevTools to debug script execution, layout shifts, and page latency.
• Solid understanding of HTTP and network protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, or Header Bidding.
• Experience with SDK integrations or Google Publisher Tags (GPT).
• Background in programmatic advertising or publisher monetization.
