Lead Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale project design by serving as a technical lead for complex assignments
• Execute high-level analysis and review of project documents for compliance with standards and codes
• Oversee and monitor engineering processes and resources to maximize productivity
• Develop and implement standards and guidelines for diverse engineering activities
• Elevate technical expertise within the team through design training and mentoring
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Demonstrate creativity and decision-making for design tasks within the structural discipline

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering with a structural emphasis
• 12-20+ years of related Structural Engineering experience
• Registered professional license
• At least four years of experience supervising technical personnel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in technical design and client service
