Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex system and architecture designs into clear, structured documentation aimed at engineers, architects and product teams.
  • Treat documentation as a product: own processes for releases, versioning, and lifecycle management.
  • Create and maintain architectural descriptions, technical specifications, release notes and API/SDK integration guides.
  • Produce integration documentation for APIs, SDKs and interaction schemas (OpenAPI/AsyncAPI-ready).
  • Establish and maintain a unified knowledge ecosystem: style guides, templates, taxonomy and internal best practices.
  • Implement visualization assets: diagrams using Mermaid, PlantUML, Draw.io and similar tools.
  • Coordinate with architects, tech leads and engineering teams to collect, validate and publish docs.
  • Manage Git-based version control and CI/CD publishing pipelines for documentation (work samples required).

Requirements

  • Lead Technical Writer with 3+ years experience and systems thinking.
  • Strong command of Markdown, HTML and YAML.
  • Practical experience with OpenAPI and/or AsyncAPI.
  • Proven experience using Git and CI/CD for documentation publishing; portfolio/work samples required.
  • Basic understanding of blockchain operational principles (network, consensus, on-chain/off-chain).
  • Comfortable reading code and interfacing with engineers; exposure to Solidity, Rust, TVM, or Kotlin is a plus.
  • English proficiency (B2+) for confident technical writing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience leading or mentoring technical writers.
  • Experience implementing documentation-as-code workflows and publisher automation.
  • Background contributing to developer portals or API platforms.
  • Familiarity with diagram-as-code tools and documentation design systems.
