Responsibilities

  • Coach senior leaders and leadership teams to deepen practice and collective impact
  • Lead project teams to manage leadership initiatives from design to execution

Requirements

  • Expertise in leadership or organizational development
  • Experience designing and facilitating in-person or online learning
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects in a global environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of professional experience
  • Experience with systems leadership or community organizing
  • Familiarity with the Teach For All model
