Learning & Content Administrator

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and maintain internal knowledge bases, SharePoint sites, and documentation hubs
• Write, edit, and optimize process documentation, job aids, call scripts, and internal communications
• Oversee SharePoint site structure to ensure content is searchable and up-to-date
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to document evolving processes and best practices
• Serve as the LMS administrator, managing course uploads, enrollments, and compliance tracking
• Troubleshoot technical LMS issues and liaise with vendors
• Partner with the Salesforce team to maintain LMS integrations and reporting accuracy
• Create training content, infographics, and microlearning modules using tools like Articulate Rise and Vyond
• Support live and virtual training sessions by managing learning assets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years in knowledge management, LMS administration, instructional design, or technical writing
• Strong experience managing SharePoint and LMS platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
• Experience with content authoring tools such as Articulate, Vyond, or Camtasia
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Basic HTML or SharePoint customization skills
• Experience with specific LMS platforms like Learn365, Nevvon, Absorb, Relias, Workday, or Docebo
