Responsibilities

• Develop slides and instructor guides for live online training programs focusing on data and AI
• Customize curriculum by updating examples and case studies based on client needs
• Design interactive exercises and activities to engage learners
• Create workbooks for assignments and guidelines for capstone projects
• Review learning materials developed by subject matter experts and offer feedback
• Analyze data to monitor program performance and develop KPIs
• Manage resource allocation and timelines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Design, Business, or a related field
• Experience in designing courses for adult learners
• Comfort designing corporate training for data and AI topics
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or MS Project
• Ability to work hours compatible with the EST time zone

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum/Agile, or ITIL
• Experience with Airtable
