Role Overview

Lyra Health is recruiting a Learning & Development, Marketing (L&DM) Manager to planning, coordinating, and implementing training and development programs to our corporate clients for Lyra MENA. This role involves identifying training needs, designing curriculum, and ensuring the effective delivery of training sessions. The Learning & Development, Marketing Manager will work closely with department heads and other stakeholders to align training programs with organizational and client goals. The primary focus of the role is Learning &Development with some local marketing management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with MENA team and clients to assess training needs
• Design, develop, and update training materials
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions
• Manage and support the local marketing needs of Lyra MENA

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role essential
• Experience of working in the Middle East region essential
• Excellent English speaking and writing abilities essential
• EAP/Wellbeing experience is essential
