Learning & Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of learning projects from initial concept through to launch and effectiveness evaluation
• Translate business needs into learning solutions, including programs, courses, workshops, and blended learning formats
• Plan timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets for various learning initiatives
• Coordinate the work of trainers, facilitators, external subject matter experts, and content designers
• Contribute methodologically to the development of learning content and session structures
• Evaluate learning outcomes, collect participant feedback, and produce detailed reports
• Maintain project documentation and communications within internal systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, business training, or instructional design
• Practical experience designing and delivering training programs
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles (andragogy) and evaluation models like Kirkpatrick or 70/20/10
• Proven project management skills, including goal-setting and deadline management
• Experience creating learning content in various formats such as e-learning modules, guides, and presentations
• Proficiency in both Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate or above)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in facilitation, coaching, or professional training
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
