Learning Management System Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administer Agilix Buzz LMS and serve as the internal subject matter expert
• Lead large-scale LMS projects including implementations, migrations, and upgrades
• Perform routine system administration including maintenance, backups, security, and customizations
• Act as a thought partner for integrations with SIS, content providers, and third-party tools
• Create and distribute analytics, reports, and dashboards for user departments
• Document and maintain process maps, data flows, and integration logic
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues and provide hands-on support
• Own the LMS knowledge base, including user documentation and training materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience administering Agilix Buzz LMS (or similar LMS)
• Strong understanding of system administration, user roles, and security
• Expertise with SIS integrations, APIs, and vendor management
• Ability to document systems including process maps and data flows
• Experience gathering requirements and translating operational needs into technical specifications
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and Asana preferred
• Knowledge of PII protection and data privacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
