Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery efforts to understand learning needs, performance gaps, and business context through stakeholder conversations and data review
  • Translate business and performance needs into clear learning objectives, design requirements, and design briefs
  • Design high-quality learning solutions across multiple modalities, including instructor-led, virtual, digital, and on-the-job learning
  • Apply adult learning principles to create learner-centered experiences that support engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract knowledge and translate technical expertise into usable content
  • Ensure learning solutions maintain a consistent enterprise brand, tone, and design quality
  • Review learning designs and provide constructive feedback to maintain high standards across the team

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or learning strategy
  • Proven track record of designing learning solutions across multiple modalities
  • Deep understanding of instructional design models and adult learning principles
  • Strong experience conducting discovery and translating complex business needs into learning solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to constructively challenge SMEs
  • Bachelor's degree is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Design, or a related field
