Legal AI Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary user and architect of Lloyd’s system prompts
• Diagnose and improve response quality and identify content gaps
• Rapidly iterate on features in close collaboration with engineering
• Ship code and design directly
• Run design partner programs
• Translate member feedback into actionable product improvements
• Drive go-to-market efforts and advocate for Lloyd across channels

Requirements

• 5–10 years of legal experience spanning both big law and in-house roles
• Proven track record of shipping AI skills, agents, or workflows
• Strong written communication skills
• High agency and a community mindset
