Legal Assistant

Responsibilities

• Produce first drafts of complaints for 10-20 new cases monthly using provided templates
• Convert complaints into Requests for Admissions with high accuracy
• Draft and respond to motions to reduce attorney drafting time
• Conduct jurisdiction and procedural law research to support pleadings
• Summarize medical records to extract pertinent information for case preparation
• Assist with dictation drafting to optimize litigation workflow
• Operate in a backend role using structured templates and proven formats

Requirements

• Advanced paralegal experience or a foreign law degree with emphasis on legal drafting
• Strong ability to draft structured and precise legal documents independently
• Capability to produce high volume work quickly while maintaining quality
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Meticulous attention to detail and comfort working within repeatable systems
