  • Lead contract drafting and negotiations for various commercial agreements
  • Advise on regulatory, intellectual property, employment, and international issues
  • Support strategic transactions and public company readiness
  • Collaborate with revenue, marketing, People/HR, finance, engineering, and product teams
  • Refine and scale legal processes to support company growth

Requirements

  • J.D. from an A.B.A.-accredited law school
  • 3-5 years of experience at a top law firm
  • Admitted to and in good standing with a state bar
  • Strong judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior in-house legal experience
