Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on marketing campaigns, brand partnerships, and consumer protection standards.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and address employment-related legal matters.
• Monitor advertising, IP, data privacy, and e-commerce regulations.
• Assess risks for promotional activities and coordinate with marketing and content teams.
• Liaise with UAE authorities and external counsel regarding legal inquiries.
• Support compliance initiatives and policy implementation.
• Collaborate with Trendyol's HQ legal team for maintaining regional legal standards.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 5+ years of UAE legal experience.
• Expertise in marketing and commerce-related legal issues.
• Knowledge of UAE labor law and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong skills in drafting and negotiation in English and Arabic.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
