Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with empathy and professionalism
• Qualify cases and confirm eligibility using defined criteria
• Guide clients through the sign-up process and secure retainers
• Hand off cases to attorneys and lead paralegals with complete and accurate information
• Maintain responsiveness to build trust with partners

Requirements

• 5+ years in client-facing intake or sales roles
• Experience in legal services preferred
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Ability to work weekend shifts and flexible schedules
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
