Legal Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Handle workflows on Salesforce, Adobe/AdobeSign, DocuSign, Docsend, Dropbox, Slack, and CARTA, or similar technologies.
• Assisting with knowledge management, including maintaining and updating internal trackers, guidance, and other resources.
• Assisting with portfolio management and portfolio company requests and/or fund requests.
• Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of software and other technology.
• Assisting with regulatory and compliance matters.
• Assisting with KYC/AML matters and processes.
• Assisting with billing review, and other fund management activities.
• Working with and assisting other teams, including the investment, funds, finance, and data teams.
• Selecting, managing, and serving external legal firms and service providers.
• Maintaining relationships with external legal vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Education: BA/BS or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Paralegal and Notary Certification
• Law Degree
