Lending Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Utah Lending Manager license
• Complete required annual Continuing Education
• Maintain communication with the legal department

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license
• At least 3 years of active full-time licensed lending experience within the past 5 years
• Minimum of 45 first lien residential mortgages
• No history of revoked loan originator licenses
• No felony convictions involving fraud, dishonesty, breach of trust, or money laundering
• Demonstrated financial responsibility and character
