Level 3 MSP Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert-level support for Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint security, and modern workplace solutions
• Lead technical projects including SharePoint migrations, Intune deployments, and security implementations
• Resolve escalated technical issues with systematic troubleshooting approaches
• Create comprehensive documentation and communicate effectively with clients at all technical levels
• Participate in project planning, scope management, and timeline development

Requirements

• MSP background with experience supporting multiple clients simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online and Intune/Autopilot
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting
• Experience with email systems, DNS management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and spam protection
• Exceptional English communication skills
• Availability during Pacific Time business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Defender and Purview
• Knowledge of security services such as vulnerability scanning, DLP, and zero trust principles
• Experience with virtualization including Azure Virtual Desktop, Docker, and VMs
• Understanding of SASE and SIEM/SOAR concepts
