Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design and prototype new game locations
  • Develop new puzzles and create their variations
  • Plan and shape the content and layout of gameplay spaces
  • Implement various content and features into levels using Blueprints
  • Create and maintain project documentation for game locations
  • Test own locations, gather feedback, and iterate based on results

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Level Designer role
  • Experience designing multiplayer (PvP) levels and understanding balance principles
  • Confident use of Unreal Engine, including level assembly, basic Blueprint logic, collision setup, triggers, and navigation
  • Strong understanding of spatial readability and gameplay pacing in shooter design
  • Ability to prototype quickly and iteratively refine levels based on playtests
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
