Job description
Responsibilities
- Design and build levels and environments using Unity and Blender
- Own the design process from initial blockout to final polish
- Work within the engine to iterate, debug, and polish levels, enemies, and boss fights
- Analyze player data and feedback to optimize mechanics and level design
- Standardize, document, and communicate designs to the wider team
- Iterate quickly based on playtester and player feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and building levels in Unity and Blender
- General understanding of Blender Geometry Nodes
- Strong creative and analytical skills with a focus on player fun and replayability
- Ability to work fast and pivot quickly in a collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skills for documenting and sharing design intent
Preferred Qualifications
- Programming skills in Unity are a plus
