Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children
• Utilize therapeutic approaches such as Narrative Therapy, CBT, Play Therapy, and Solution Focused Collaborative Therapy
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure wrap-around support for families
• Participate in family care meetings with other providers
• Comply with clinic policies and all state, federal, and licensing board regulations
• Maintain documentation in line with legal, ethical, and company standards
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted license to practice in the state of Arizona
• Master's degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience working with children or families with developmental differences
• Knowledge of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to obtain cross-state licensure in new states as business needs evolve
• Commitment to using client feedback to improve care
• Open-mindedness and desire to learn from other professional disciplines
