Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth psychotherapy to patients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and adjustment-related difficulties
• Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations within your scope of practice
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities like CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches
• Coordinate care with patients' neurology providers to support whole-person treatment
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation
• Manage your own caseload and scheduling within the platform

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LCSW license (independent clinical practice license)
• Licensed in New York, California, Florida, or Texas
• Experience working with anxiety, depression, OCD, and/or PTSD populations
• Experience providing psychotherapy via telehealth
• Strong clinical documentation habits and ability to work independently
• Reliable internet connection and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-state licensure or willingness to obtain it
• Experience with epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, MS, dementia, or other neurological diagnoses
• Prior experience at a digital health or virtual-first practice
• Interest in clinical protocol development, quality improvement, or clinician training
• Spanish language proficiency or other multilingual skills
