Job description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children
  • Utilize therapeutic approaches such as Narrative Therapy, CBT, and Play Therapy
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure wrap-around support
  • Participate in family care meetings with other providers
  • Comply with clinic policies, state/federal laws, and HIPAA regulations
  • Maintain documentation in line with legal and ethical standards

Requirements

  • Current and unrestricted license to practice in Arizona (LMFT)
  • Master's degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
  • 1+ years of experience working with children or families with developmental differences
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain cross-state licensure in new states as needed
  • Experience with empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches
