Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Trauma Therapy
• Implement treatment modalities in both individual and group therapy settings
• Review and sign psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Conduct crisis intervention for individuals and families
• Participate in regular case planning with a multidisciplinary team
• Engage in individual and group supervision and ongoing professional education
• Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence
• Active Oregon State License (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC)
• Willingness to work primarily with pediatric patients
• Ability to work effectively in a remote telemedicine environment
• Patient-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CBT, DBT, or Solution-Focused Therapy
• Experience in addiction or trauma therapy
