About the Company
Backpack Healthcare provides mental health care for children, teens, and young adults via online telehealth. Clinician-led and minority-owned, they have served over 12,000 families since 2020 with a focus on accessible, culturally responsive care.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth
- Work within an interdisciplinary team of therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists
- Maintain a flexible caseload (part-time or full-time)
Requirements
- Active U.S. state license (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Experience or strong interest in working with children, teens, and families
- Ability to work independently in a remote telehealth environment
- Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual skills
