About the Company

Backpack Healthcare provides mental health care for children, teens, and young adults via online telehealth. Clinician-led and minority-owned, they have served over 12,000 families since 2020 with a focus on accessible, culturally responsive care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth
  • Work within an interdisciplinary team of therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists
  • Maintain a flexible caseload (part-time or full-time)

Requirements

  • Active U.S. state license (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with children, teens, and families
  • Ability to work independently in a remote telehealth environment
  • Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual skills
