Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week delivering individual and family therapy
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
• Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including PMHNPs and psychiatrists
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation within the EHR
• Support families through education and coordinated care

Requirements

• Active Kentucky independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
• Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
