Responsibilities

  • Deliver telehealth therapy to autistic and neurodivergent adults using evidence-based modalities
  • Maintain a client-centered approach and strong clinical documentation
  • Participate in peer consultation, case conferences, and ongoing specialized training
  • Collaborate with a neurodiversity-affirming clinical community

Requirements

  • Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
  • Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
  • Interest in working with autistic and neurodivergent adults
  • Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior telehealth experience
