Licensed Psychotherapist

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 40-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging
• Address topics including pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, fertility, anxiety, and depression
• Use brief solution-focused therapy to provide clients with immediate tools and skills
• Collaborate with the Care Advocate team to ensure member needs and referrals are met
• Serve as a brand ambassador by providing culturally humble and responsive care

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
• Must be located in Germany
• Valid, independent licensure in Germany (Psychologischer Psychotherapeut, Ärztliche Psychotherapeut, or equivalent EU regulated qualification)
• Registration and good standing with the appropriate regional licensing chamber
• 3+ years of post-licensure clinical experience as an independently practicing professional
• Experience with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, or DBT
• Ability to provide approximately 2 hours of direct member care per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of culturally responsive and perinatal/family mental health care
• Excellent organizational skills and clinical documentation standards
