Licensed Telehealth Therapist/Mental Health Counselor

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to autistic and neurodivergent adults
• Deliver evidence-based care using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT
• Manage your own schedule and maintain a caseload of 15–25+ clients
• Participate in peer consultation, specialized training, and case conferences

Requirements

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care

Preferred Qualifications

• Telehealth experience
• Passion for neurodiversity-affirming approaches
• Experience serving traditionally underserved populations
